Cooking for Kids Chef Consultation

Cooking for Kids is a culinary training program for child nutrition professionals is jointly ran by the Oklahoma State Department of Education and the Oklahoma State University Department of Nutritional Sciences. The ultimate goal is to have trained chef serve as consultants for local school cafeterias. This low to no-cost program aims to change the landscape of school nutrition by teaching schools how to produce healthier lunches that students will love but still in budgets.
