It's Pressure Canner Gauge Testing Time
It is the time of year to get your pressure gauge tested if you are planning to preserve produce this summer using the pressure canner. The OSU Extension Center will test pressure gauges at no charge. Appointments are necessary and may be made by calling 580‑362‑2200. Recipes are also available by calling this same number.
