Learn how and what everyone needs to prepare before they go to thier doctor. It is very important for people to take an active interest in thier own health care needs. This lesson will help you identify things you need to ask while seeing your doctor.
Sit & Be Fit
August 26th, 9:30 at the OSU Extension Office
Sometimes it is hard for people to excerise do to physical conditions, space, equipment or weather. This lesson will help identify some ways people can be active with little equipment, and those with limited mobility.
